Copies of Tampered Habib Bank Agriculture Loan documents backed by irrefutable proof of fraud, forgery and tampering would also be provided to the Press. | Court Reporter: The Honourable Judge of the Banking Court II, Hyderabad, dealt a blow to Habib Bank's plan to Re-Auction Khalid Memon's property. Arguments presented by Legal Counsel for Khalid Memon, Mr. Ishaq Qureshi Advocate were strong and convincing enough and the Honourable Judge has issued notices to HBL to produce the Real Guarantors Mr. Bashir Lehri (c/o Dhani Bux Jatoi) and Mr. Barzeen Pajnigara before the Banking Court and inquired whether HBL had ever issued notices to the two. If notices were in fact issued by Habib Bank and the two Guarantors had not turned up, did the Bank report this matter to the Court for Arrest Warrants and why were the two Actual Guarantors not declared absconders. Gloom set in after the verdict of the Honourable Judge and Habib Bank camp was in total disarray. Now Habib Bank has decided to issue legal notice to Bashir Lehri through Dhani Bux Jatoi and Barzeen Pajnigara through the Pakistani Consulate in Canada. | ||||||||||

Barzeen Pajnigara has again swindled and conned another friend and most of all a person who has always helped him in times of need and desperation and whom he repeatedly called his Savior and Benefactor.
